On Tuesday, Jan. 21, supervisor Dan Panico will be hosting a forum for residents to learn about battery energy storage systems and their impact on our community. During the forum, qualified expert panelists will address community questions and concerns. The event will run from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Shea Theater, Suffolk County Community College Ammerman Campus, 533 College Road in Selden.
There will be no live questions at the forum. Residents must RSVP and submit their questions online by visiting www.BrookhavenNY.gov/Battery no later than Jan. 20.
