The Patchogue-Medford Hall of Fame is thrilled to announce its eighth annual Induction Ceremony. This special event will recognize outstanding individuals and groups who have made significant contributions to either Patchogue-Medford Schools, their community, or their profession. Hall of Fame Day will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at the Patchogue-Medford High School, Navy (SEAL) Lt. Michael Murphy Campus, on Buffalo Avenue, in Medford.
This year’s group of outstanding candidates includes a World War II veteran and former village mayor, a former Navy SEAL, two athletic All-Americans, avid community volunteers and a first responder/state legislator. Additionally, a former school district administrator and a county championship basketball team round out the list of inductees.
The Patchogue-Medford Hall of Fame Class of 2025 includes:
John Mazzotti Harry Bignall Billy Baker
Donald Magurk Wesley Springhorn George Furman
John Adams Mr. Patton George Chilson
Frank Lotito Mr. Chiuchiolo
George Walters, Manager
The Hall of Fame needs the community’s help to identify the first names of Mr. Chiuchiolo and Mr. Patton. If any family or friends are still local and would like to attend the dinner and ceremony, please contact the Hall of Fame.
