According to councilman Dan Panico, Damianos Realty Group, the owners of the Floyd Harbor Retail Center at 855 Montauk Highway, have filed to add Northwell Health to fill the vacant space adjacent to Applebee’s in the center. Aldi is progressing toward opening in the near future.
