On Sunday, Aug. 29, the Village of Brightwaters hosted the Mayor Joseph McNulty Ice Cream Social at Wohseepee Park. From 5 to 6 p.m., hot dogs were available and at 6 p.m. the West Islip Symphony Orchestra treated guests to a performance.
