Frank P. Long Intermediate School students and staff recently participated in College and Career Week activities featuring thought-provoking questions, planned classroom activities and dress-up days. As part of the week, Martino Sottile spoke to students about his personal journey in becoming the district’s athletic director. He explained how exploration, self-reflection, goal setting, learning from failure and hard work are in his playbook for success. The school’s College and Career Week is held yearly and organized by guidance counselor Darlene Dowler.
