Bright, engaging spaces for community shoppers

This past week, the Greater Sayville Chamber of Commerce hosted four ribbon cuttings for businesses in the downtown Sayville area.

Compass Real Estate hosted a ribbon cutting this past Thursday, April 24.

Present were Dennis McCarthy, senior managing director of Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens with agents and representatives from other Compass locations in attendance, and Town of Islip councilman John Lorenzo.

“The sophisticated office was filled with an energetic air of agents that are excited to open here in Sayville and become an integral part of the community. Compass is  transforming the real estate industry by creating a seamless and intelligent experience for buyers and sellers,” said Eileen Tyznar, president emerita of the chamber. “We as a chamber  are so  glad to have Compass in our town of Sayville to help give that Compass ‘direction’  to potential  new clients in our town!

This Friday, the Sayville Chamber welcomed a new fitness and wellness business, Honey Pilates. The Pilates studio offers an array of classes, starting with beginner classes as well. “The new bright Pilates studio is a great central location on Railroad Avenue and provides another great fitness opportunity for our community to choose from in their wellness journey,” said Tyznar.

On Saturday, the Sayville Chamber welcomed new members, The Chosen Meadow Floral Designs, to Railroad Avenue. This new floral boutique had an array of beautiful and fragrant high-quality floral arrangements made with creativity and passion behind each unique bouquet. “We are so happy that despite the day of April showers… this ribbon cutting brought beautiful May flowers to our Sayville residents!” said Tyznar.

Finally, the Sayville Chamber was happy to welcome a new member in West Sayville, The Lovely on Main. The event venue space can be curated to your choice of decor with special attention to fine details to make a perfect setting for any special event you have in mind! “The chamber is so excited to host our next meeting at The Lovely on Main as well as a special headshot event upcoming in June! This venue is a perfect addition to our West Sayville business district,” said Tyznar.
